At Arvilaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
